Smooth Fuse 10
Smooth Fuse SF10 has been specially developed to eradicate many of the problems experienced in heat fusing of interlinings. Reducing or eliminating adhesive and dirt contaimination can result in significant improvements in productivity, reductions in down time, improvements in quality and reductions in wastage through garment marks and damage. Smooth Fuse 10 is a PTFE conveyor belt cleaner and lubricator primarily for fusing and bonding machines used in the garment and textile industries. It is formulated to eradicate many of the problems commonly associated with the fusing of interlinings and other heat processes in garment and textile processing. Smooth Fuse 10 offers a formulation that provides a high concentration of active ingedients combined with quick release additives to reduce build up of sticky residue and other contamination on PTFE conveytor belts. The SF10 formulation offers both preventative and cure attributes.
